Fixed half hot in master bedroom so customer can pass inspection. Fixed all outside lights with confirmation from owner. 240 V outlet in laundry room was discovered to have power. Fixed power for two 120 V outlets in laundry room next to 240 V outlet. Put blank on adjacent switch to coffee bar light switch as it does not control anything. Tied switch through to garbage disposal so air switch would operate. Put blank in its space in the switch box.
Installed new breaker to properly run the water heater. Installed 3 floor plugs in living room. One floor plug purchased from Home Depot was open and missing plate. Customer stated he would stop by the office and pick plate up once we return the used floor plug and get a new one. Customer stated he would install it himself. Diagnosed and fixed one outside light and light in laundry room. Suggested to the customer to take down ceiling fan in master bed and temporarily install a light in its place to pass inspection. Once inspection is passed, customer can put ceiling fan back in master bed. Pulled up floor vent in living room and suggested filling small crack with foam to seal vent.
Tested and ensured all plugs, switches and light fixtures were all operating properly. Also moved and replaced light fixture in kitchen. Where we moved the box for light fixture in kitchen, we had to pry wood trim away from wall to move wire. Customer may have to notch wood or fill in gap in the wood. Labeled sub panel circuits. There were two switches (entry to kitchen, and master bed) that we did not have blanks for, so we placed disconnected switches in the spaces.
Performed a cool maintenance on a 2021 American standards which system unit. Check of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. At this time is cooling down the house properly check refrigerator levels by performing a split temp with getting a 21° split. Also checked all electrical components such as run capacitor and fan motor informed client that would recommend a hard start kit, finish line by washing down, condenser unit and washing down filter.

Relocate 2 gang box in kitchen to hallway (charge Paul Davis for work) and also work on plugs for furnaces
Performed heating maintenance on American standard platinum split system. Air handler is located in basement changed out 20 x 30 filter located in lower wall. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of heating operation, checked volts and amps, checked refrigerant levels and line temperatures at CDA, Verified no current/past error codes at thermostat, cleared condensation line, system is within manufacturers specifications and Heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed heating maintenance on downflow gas, furnace. Washed washable filter, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, checked all safety/rollout switches and monitored burners, verified static/gas pressures and took temperature split/rise and cycled system. Verified proper operation for air purifier, cleared condensation line, thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturer specifications, and operating properly at this time of service. Removed exhaust fan from bathroom that is nearest to the garage and took down a two gain box and installed in place of the fan a can light and also in place of the two gain box we installed a single gain box to accommodate the light

Ali and Jeremy Koodrich: Demo throughout as needed. Rewire kitchen to fit new cabinet lay out. Remove seven fixtures in kitchen. Add two light outlets in kitchen. Change 10 6" eyeball trims to LED directionals. (materials only) Change 5 6" eyeball trims to LED directionals. Remove and replace two owner supplied ceiling fans. Remove and replace plugs and switches in areas not effected White Decora. Add two wall light outlets on one switch in Master bath. Add three 6" LED cans on one switch in Master bath. Add Humidistat exhaust fan in Master bath. Add two unswitched light outlets in Master bed. Replace fan/light combo in powder bath. Hang two owner supplied fixtures in powder bath. Add heat/fan/light combo on dedicated circuit in bath 2. Move duplex receptacle in bath 2. Add four 6" LED can lights on switch in bed 2. Add four 6" LED can lights on switch in bed 3. Move 3-way switch for exterior lights.
Paul Davis Restoration: Remove and replace burnt wiring as needed. Remove and replace plugs and switches in effected areas White Decora. Add thee 6" LED cans on two switches in Master bath. Add heat/fan/light combo on dedicated circuit in Master bath Change ten 6" can lights to LED (Labor only) Remove and replace four owner supplied ceiling fans.
